We loved the convenient location of Palace Stafileo. It was very close to the bus terminal, making it easy for us to explore the city. The apartment was also well-equipped and had all the modern amenities we needed for our short stay. The fact that Thomas and his family spoke English was a bonus, as they were able to provide us with friendly and helpful assistance. We also appreciated the character and history of the guest house, adding to the charm of our stay. Lastly, Thomas even offered to drive us to the airport for a reasonable fee, making our departure hassle-free.
We felt well taken care of and had no reason to complain about our stay.

Nice room. Interesting location. Helpful receptionist.
The hotel is inside the medieval town and you can't get there by car. So you have to park first somewhere and then look for the hotel, which is quite a challenge, because all the buildings and the little streets look the same. The hotel has only 3 (!) rooms. Very small bathroom.

Great value for money, beautiful room with original architecture, excellent location in the heart of the old town, and the staff treated us like family with personalized attention and local expertise.
One small improvement would be to provide a wider variety of breakfast options.

The building is beautiful, and the location is perfect for walking around the old town.
The only drawback was the number of steps to get to our room, but it is understandable that a building of this type would not have an elevator. It was worth the extra effort.

I got great value for my money at Palace Stafileo. The room was cozy and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city. The staff treated me like family, especially Tomas, the owner, who even welcomed me with a delicious local brandy.
The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

This apartment is located at the very convenient place of the town of world heritage. And it could be quiet. The staff is also kind. However,it is not a hotel, it may not be suitable for those who ask for warm service.

The room was well-equipped and clean, and the hostess was extremely kind and friendly. She even met me at the station and helped me carry my luggage upstairs. the location of the hotel was quiet and convenient, making it a comfortable place to stay.
There were some issues with the amenities in the room. the toilet paper and towels were skimpy, and there was no bath mat or extra pillow.
